A careful place for real stories.

The service
Gathered provides private tools for collecting conversational memories and photographs and turning them into a human-reviewed keepsake book. Features, availability, turnaround times and supported AI models may change as the service develops.
Pricing and payment
Starting a gathering and inviting contributors is free. The displayed one-time price is due when the organizer requests the finished book. Printing, delivery timing and the total charge are confirmed before payment. Additional copies and international shipping may be quoted separately. There is no subscription.
Your responsibility
Only invite adults who have a legitimate relationship with the person being celebrated. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share, unlawful material, medical records, financial information or secrets that could harm someone.
Consent and editorial control
Contributors choose what to share and may withdraw while gathering remains open. The organizer can review and remove submitted material. Gathered does not verify every remembered fact; memories may differ. The organizer is responsible for reviewing the proof for factual accuracy before approval.
Acceptable use
Do not use Gathered to impersonate someone, harass them, create deceptive evidence, collect information covertly or target minors. Automated abuse and attempts to access another private gathering are prohibited.
Availability
The service is provided as available. We will make reasonable efforts to protect and preserve submitted material, but organizers should not treat Gathered as their only archive of irreplaceable photographs.
Ending access
We may suspend access that threatens contributors, the service or other customers. Organizers can delete their gathering from Settings.
