No. They follow the private link, answer the prompts and submit. Only the organizer needs a Gathered account.
What is included?+
One private gathering for up to 20 coworkers, voice and written contributions, a human-reviewed digital proof, one round of factual corrections and one full-color hardcover book.
Is Gathered only for retirement?+
No. Teams can use the same private gathering for long-service anniversaries, leadership departures, meaningful employee farewells and memorial tributes. Retirement is simply our most popular workplace occasion.
When do we pay?+
Starting the gathering and inviting the team is free. The one-time $99 payment is due only when you ask Gathered to create the finished book. Printing and delivery details are confirmed before payment, and there is no subscription.
